History

Chatterbox was the name of the B-25 plane that Robert D. Chatt flew in WWII. Bob Chatt came back to the United States a celebrated war hero, and eventually began farming just outside of Tekamah—a family tradition that dates back to the 1860’s.
Many of the interior components of Chatterbox were locally built or sourced. The tables were created with resurrected lumber from a local family's (Bob Chatt's wife, Elaine Tobin) corn crib. The chalkboard's were sourced from farm school houses in the area.
